Selecting
Policies
If you are selecting styles of products we have already developed:
1. Please send us your Quotation Request with the style you like with any comments to info@ucheegroup.com.
2. We will provide you with a Quotation and any other answers based on your comments.
3. If you are happy with the Quotation we can then make you a sample.
4. Once we have finished the Samples, we will send them to you for approval (courier charges of samples are the responsibility of the customer).
5. Once the Samples are approved we can move to the next step of receiving a Purchase Order (PO).
Modify or Creative
If you want to modify or design your own products:
1. Please send us your original sample or artwork and request the changes that need to be made, if any. If no sample is available or you would like to develop your product from scratch, please send us a photograph, drawing or a detailed description of the product and we can begin to design concepts and create a tech-pack for your product.
2. We will provide you with a Quotation based on the artwork (either we or our customers provide) or sample sent to us and any other answers based on your comments.
3. If you are happy with the Quotation we can then make you a sample/ counter sample.
4. Once we have finished the Samples, we will send them to you for approval (courier charges of samples are the responsibility of the customer).
5. Once the Samples are approved we can move to the next step of receiving a Purchase Order (PO).
Sample Request Policy
First samples using available materials are free of charge on pre-qualified potential customers. First samples using 100% correct materials must be invoiced at the customers expense unless we have stock of the desired materials in our sample room. These extra costs must be prepaid before we make your samples. We will also return your sample charged once your order is placed. For our current customer's we usually don't charge any sample fees or development costs. Please advise us of your international courier import A/C No. when you order samples or let us know what way you would like us to ship your samples.
Shipping Poilcy
We are also able to help our customers with logistics, we are one of the few manufacturers who have a continuous bond with U.S. Customs so we are able to deliver goods directly to our customer's warehouse. - As well as FOB pricing we can also offer CIF or DDP (delivered) pricing.
